Return Policy

You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
• You have the purchase invoice or order number.

For health reasons, opened makeup or fragrances with broken outer packaging cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the product.
